⚠️ This page is not for customers. It covers signing in to the WebDisk management services — the internal panels used by staff and administrators. If you use WebDisk Files, Send, VM or Nextcloud, everything about your account is on the Your WebDisk account page.
You sign in to the management services with one username and one password (WebDisk SSO). When you change that password, it starts working in every one of those panels. The sign-in screens and the account console are in English only.
💡 The form accepts a username or an email address, but entering your username is the safer option. The form deliberately doesn't reveal whether an account exists: if you enter an address other than the one stored on the account — even your own, working one — you'll see the message saying it has been sent, and no email will arrive.

kinit), the first time you do so the system will ask you to change the password once more — that is normal behaviour, not a fault.Policy requires a password change every 180 days. You may not notice it when signing in to the web panels — an expired password still gets you in there. You'll feel the expiry when signing in to servers (SSH, kinit), where the system will ask you to set a new password.

If you got the password wrong a few times beforehand, the account is temporarily locked. Wait about 10 minutes without further attempts and try again. If you can't wait, your administrator can unlock the account straight away.
The account has no email address for the reset.
Without an address stored on the account, the self-service reset won't work — write to your administrator.
