WebDisk Nextcloud is your own private Nextcloud in the cloud — a complete platform for files, calendar, contacts and teamwork, running at your own address yourcompany.next.webdisk.io.
Unlike shared services, you get a dedicated machine that is yours alone (a separate server with separate data), which we launch automatically as soon as your order is paid.
This is the most common source of confusion, so it is worth remembering the split:

These are two separate accounts with separate passwords. Your WebDisk portal password is shared across all WebDisk services (Files, Send, VM, Nextcloud). Your Nextcloud admin password is something else entirely.
⚠️ You receive the Nextcloud admin password only in the "Your NextCloud is ready" email. The WebDisk portal never shows it — keep that email, or set your own password in Nextcloud right after your first sign-in.

| Backups | One snapshot a day, the 7 most recent by default. You restore them yourself in the portal. |
| Updates | We schedule Nextcloud updates and let you know by email in advance. |
| VAT invoices | Available as PDF downloads in the portal, under "Invoices". |
| Billing | One subscription per server, renewed automatically. Prices are net; 23% VAT is added at payment. |
